Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, organizational skills, and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy. The Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other reports
• Analyze and reconcile financial discrepancies, and recommend effective solutions
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and other financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed
• Assist with audits and tax preparations
• Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes
• Handle other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Proven experience in P&L management, bookkeeping, and financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Day-to-day

• Monitoring financial transactions and accounts
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate financial data
• Reconciling discrepancies and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Participating in financial planning activities and supporting budgeting processes
